Cancellation Window
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
- If more than 24 hours have passed, please reach out to us at support@bendthetrendus.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cancellation is not guaranteed.
- If your order has already shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible. In that case, you may refer to our return policy for further assistance.
Processing & Shipping Time
- Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days and shipped within 5-8 business days.
- Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Refund Policy
- Successfully canceled orders will be refunded within 7-9 business days to the original payment method.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping costs and offer a full refund or exchange.
